As  Chair of WG C, here my statement of disclosure:

I work  full time (paid)  for the Spanish Internet User's Association, an
8,000 member organisation, 100 of them corporate, The Association works for
the development of the Internet in Spain.

I am also president of the European Internet Business Association (non paid).

I am also, but on my way out  (not paid), VP for conferences for ISOC. I
have taken care of INET '99 and arranged INET 2000 in Japan for next year.
A new VP will be elected soon.

My only interest, professional as well as personal, is to have a stable
Internet with the best possible conditions for users.

My interest in the DNSO, and ICANN, is to make sure that it works and that
all procedures are put in place before we have a final Names Council (of
which I am not planning to be a part).
