Dear Council,

I am in Paris today, and tried to catch up with dnso.org matters.
Very quickly:
1. I do not see any results/minutes from the 12th July NC 
   to be published on the dnso.org. Am I missing something ?
2. I do not see any agenda for the 27th July NC telecon.
3. I saw in logs that Caroline Chicoine is submitting emails
   from <chicoinc@PeperMartin.com> (instead of cchicoine@bspmlaw.com),
   and all her emails get bounced. 
   Immediate action - I am correcting council@dnso.org membership,
   then re-submitting few already old messages from Caroline.
4. The email address problem is permanent for Ken and Javier --
   both submit sometimes from alternate accounts they have, and it gets
   bounced. When I am online, this get throu, but it is hard to
   explain all particular cases to the maintenance team.
5. I just put online (New this week) Ted Shapiro text for the next NC,
   as well as the info that the next NC will be held on July 27th (with
   no agenda).
