I have a very simple voting procedure to suggest you for
the immediate usage (WGA).
We need to agree on the following:
  1. Electorate (in the case of WGA, Amadeu are you refering 
     the voting members of the pNC -- am I correct ?)
  2. The text for vote, to be prepared by Jonathan and Amadeu,
     basicaly something like:

 Vote concerning WG-A report.
 [ ] I approve the recommendation 1
 [ ] I do not approve the recommendation 1
 [ ] I approve the report
 [ ] I do not approve the report
-------------------------------------------------
  3. The deadline for vote, i.e. the time (3 or 4 time zones need
     be explicited).

Once I have this, I have a small script which will generate
individual emails, one for each member of the electorate,
set in such a way, that the reply to this message will 
go to voteNN@dnso.org, and will be publicly archived on the website:
     http://www.dnso.org/votes/voteNN/Archives/

For each NC vote, the new number will be given.
We will have vote01, vote02, ... etc.

Once the NC gives me all three elements above,
the DNSO listadmin account will sent ballots, and
at the end, we will calculate.
I think also that the WG-A report should be referenced somewhere
in the ballot text (URL on the website ?).

Or may be you have another idea/another proposal ?
