Amadeu,
Two messages from you to council@dnso.org arrived that nights
to the dnso.org and both bounced because of size limit.

The first message was posted by you August 4, 22:47 CET, but because of
some technical problems on the way between nominalia.com and dnso.org
it arrived August 5, 01:50 CET.

I am increasing size for council list -- the default
majordomo setting is 40000 chars (which gives 700 lines
of 60 caracteres -- high denisty -- or 1000 lines of 40
caracteres -- more or less average).
Some text processing are much more extravagant.
In this exemple:
| DNSO.Listadmin@dns Thu Aug 5 01:50 3357/189144 BOUNCE council@dnso.org:
| DNSO.Listadmin@dns Thu Aug 5 02:38 936/47252 BOUNCE council@dnso.org:
The first message -- Word -- takes 3357 lines and 189144 caracteres,
the second -- text -- takes 936 lines and 47252 caracteres.
Both are identical (from content perspective, not contenant).
Majordomo size limit is usually more than sufficient, but for legal
documents definitely not. Mea culpa, I should have think about it.
May I use opportunity of that message to suggest you the following:
- try to write in text (plain text) as often as you can
- if you need some design (bold, underligned, italics, ...)
*always* write in HTML format and *never* in Word or anything
similar ?
HTML is a little more expensive in caracteres than plain text,
but far below Word or similar.
