I would suggest advancing a bit the new NC elections.. In your shcedule we
have three weeks for NC elections after the Board approves any amended
consituency charter, while only one week is allowed for selecting the Baord
members. An even periold of two weeks would be more adequate, specuially
taking into consideration that NC elections can be prepared form Santiago,
while the Dierctosr sslection is somehow dependnet on the new NC.

New NC elctions should be 10/ at latest, before if possible.
