Sorry for the delays,

Here s the situation: after long reserachers, it appers that it is not
possible to organize the gteleconf form here. the local phone company
only does call backs, and in a rather cumbersome way....


I then tried to contact the CORE secretariat to have it organizaed thru
CORE's usual comopany, but it was to late to reach him, due to timezone
differences. I have alaso tried to contact Theresa to see whether she
can set the bridge for you, but I failed again.


Tomorrow (Thu) morning I will try to contacxt Theresa, or otherwise Ken
will arrange it.


So the good news are that we will certainly have a telconf /we have at
least the soeakerphone ready....) But we cannot still provide you with
the number. This will be done within seven or eight hours.
