RE: [council] Outstanding Webcasting Bills
Ben,
Thanks for your note - I'm sorry that it's not been responded to yet.
Dennis - I understand that you're responsible for coordinating this next
conference call - what are your suggestions on how to handle the webcasting
for that call per Ben's message below. The first item on the agenda for the
call is the Business Plan, i.e., also costs for teleconferences. However in
the meantime we need to address how/if the Wednesday call will be webcast (I
also need to information in order to make sure Ben has the bridge number
information.
Thanks
Theresa

Subject: [council] Outstanding Webcasting Bills
Just wanted to remind you all that you owe the Berkman Center $1200 for
webcasting services for the June and July teleconferences, as follows:
6/25, 5:30-9:30PM: 4 hours, outside the business day, $800
7/12, 9:30-11:30AM: 2 hours, $200
7/26, 9:30-11:30AM: 2 hours, $200
(These fees are as agreed following my 6/23 email. Note that there's an
additional charge for Berkman's webcasting and facilitation of remote
participation at the Santiago GA and NC sessions. However, since ICANN is
"floating" those costs, you'll hear directly from Andrew re the amount the
DNSO owes ICANN for those services.)
A check payable to the Berkman Center for Internet and Society should be
sent to my attention at
1563 Massachusetts Avenue
Room P511
Cambridge, MA 02138
I do understand that the DNSO is not currently in a position to pay this and
other bills, but before I webcast the teleconference on the 15th, I will
need at least a best-guess estimate of when you will be able to pay.
