Thanks for the suggestion.  Indeed, I will try to get through the 
agenda in a more organised fashion later today.  However, until we 
have more experience with these large scale teleconferences and 
more time to make sure that issues are fully discussed 
electronically and documents posted in advance, it is difficult to get 
away from focusing on the immediate and urgent items.  For the 
moment, I think it most important that we deal with these 
immediate and urgent items, even at the expense of not getting 
though the agenda.

However, I will do my best.  Thanks for the comments.
