I was mistaken in the quoted message, and I am undebted
to Theresa to point it out.
Not very big practical difference, but it may have impact
on some of you.

I think I may get confused by phone conversations I had with some
of you. Anyway, it was never stated, neither written.
The deadline will be *after* the NC telecon begins.
The results will be given ASAP *after* the NC telecon decides.
