We have already discussed similar issues I believe, but once again,
the requirements are that the 10 supporters must be in the
DNSO, meaning they can be on or in:

1.  the GA mailing list
2.  the announce mailing list
3.  any constituency mailing list
4.  any working group (meaning mailing list I assume?)

Mr. Veeck has listed only #1, and is using this as a basis of
making a claim.  There is no need to discuss this.  But I do
believe that before we submit the results of the elected BoD
to the list we should check that there are at least 10 names
on 1 or 2, if not we should go the extra mile to check 3 and 4
as well.  In most cases this should not be difficult - perhaps
in Mr. White's it will be - but we can do this after he is elected
I believe (unless Elisabeth has the spare time - not likely - to
check the status of the names in question below before the next
teleconference.)

I know that there are issues with people signing up and then
signing off right away, but at least as long as they were signed
up when they nominated, they technically would meet the
requirements.
