[council] Proposal to verify election results and submit to ICANN Board

I would like to propose that we:

1.  Verify the ICANN Board election results
2.  Notify the current ICANN Board of these results
3.  Vote for this proposal with the VoteBot System (assuming the
secretariat
is able to do this.)

Any seconds?  I propose we complete the vote by the 25th of October
and submit the results to the ICANN board by the 26th.
