RE: [council] FYI. Caroline proposal was sent by Kathryn to thencdnhc *BEFOR...
I was told and it was reaffirmed in LA that this was the procedure we
would be following. This email just took the minute notes and put it in
a more "formal" manner. I included a reference to the bylaws section
outlining what the GA does so people in the GA who might not be familiar
with it had it handy at their fingertips. It was provided solely for
background purposes.
In other words, I am not looking for comments on a different approach.
If you believe that the email incorrectly states what we decided, than I
am interested to hear your comments and we can send a corrected email if
necessary.

Elisabeth et al:
This was transmitted to NCDNHC in its draft form to assist me with
formulating comments on the draft. I was amazed to see it published in
final
form so quickly afterwards and will still be making substantive comments
on
it early next week.
Based on my experience with the UDRP Ad Hoc Committee, I now believe it
is
critical to circulate drafts to those in the Constituencies interested
and
willing to read, review and critique. These comments are crucial.
