Your advice may be usefull for the end user, but at the
DNSO Secretariat each time we have nominations/endorsements etc
the list is open to anybody from the street, then we need to
manually consider every posting. You see just one hundred
of messages BOUNCE to ga-nomination and you have to sort it out !
After two weeks of manual subscriptions to the ga list, I replaced
it to the normal open+confirm status, and the first subscriber
was guess who ? Yet new JW email from yet new web server offering
free web-based emails. I the game "I will demonstrate the world than
JW may use all your time and prevent you to takle to a real work"
he will always win as long as everybody is paralysed by his cc
to all federal agents, his phone calls etc.
His cost is horrendous.
