Thanks very much for the additional information. Do you mind if
I include you in the list of NC members, and Andrew Mclaughlin,
that I will be mailing to try to start a dialogue on this issue?
Some of the discussion may be more technically oriented, but
I notice your initial report has some very concrete examples and
proposed solutions. Great start for us! I recall I suggested
Don Telage, Elisabeth, Andrew Mclaughlin and myself start a separate
thread. Am I missing anyone else? If anyone has any interest
in the technical nature of structured discussions, please mail
me.
