I am still reading the plethora of email I received over the holidays.  I
plan to get up to speed today and send out an email suggesting tentative
dates and requesting availability, as well as drafting a proposed agenda.
Richard, I do not intend to have the next meeting before Jan 15th, so if you
could post a report for us to comment on before your term ends, that would
be wonderful.

As an aside, are you up for re-election, or should we be saying our
farewells???

Fellow Names Council Reps,

Happy New Year, and a happy uneventful Y2K turnover.

A quick note, as I will be required to complete my NC term
by January 15, I would like to attempt to complete my report
on the NC procedures, and also request that someone
volunteer to take over the "improving on line discussion"
mini project, as I doubt that there will be insufficient time
to have any serious results.

Oh, and did we decide on the next teleconference?
