As I recall, that message
(<http://www.dnso.org/clubpublic/council/Arc03/msg00250.html>) followed up
on a discussion from the prior day's teleconference in which the cost of
webcasting *teleconferences* was discussed at length.  A careful read of my
message shows that it makes sense only for teleconference webcasts, and that
those prices reflect our costs for webcasting teleconferences, not physical
meetings -- but of course I should have said so explicitly to avoid exactly
this confusion.

So... $100/hour is right for the cost of webcasting teleconferences (during
the US Eastern business day), but costs are much higher, per previous
message and the message it cited, for webcasting physical meetings in remote
locations and for providing full remote participation.
