I agree with Philip, especially if we are not yet fully paid up on each
Constituency's pledge to submit 5,000 to cover past expenses.

reference Ben's request about high tech we plan to be in Cairo, A personal
view is that given the present uncertainty in DNSO finances I think we will
be stretched to do the standard web cast and text participation frankly.

If anyone wants to propose more please could they do so together with a
pledge to cover the costs?
