Dear Collegues,

Whereas we have two identical lists -- council@dnso.org and
names@dnso.org -- the purposes of both are completely different.
The first one is the NC mailing list, and is publicly archived
according to the rules.
The second one was used by myself only when we needed to exchange
phone numbers or similar non public information -- it saves time
not to have to censor already archived messages.

Please do not use the names@dnso.org list for the discussion.
