All,

I was looking for how to draft meetings more accuratelly and
and bought a DVD recorder in the beginning of September.
I feel however I could not use it without discussion with
the NC before, and agreement on how to use it.

I am as frustrated as probably all of you.
When I got Louis URL with press release posted Friday (my night,
beginning of the week-end) to the council list, I wondered 
what to do. No information from Paul, Philip or Ken.

I spent a couple of hours to draft minutes, include there 
the ICANN URL with PR, and sent to you for the verification, unhappy
myself with the text. Hoping you will help to correct it,
then everything will go to mailing lists.
In no way the NC meetings was interpreted, or personnal perspective --
at 1 a.m. in the morning I had noone besides a wish to relax.

Today I discussed with some of you, and eventually understand
that some situations are more critical here that understood there.
