suggest you send a blank e-mail to majordomo@dnso.org with the words:
 " subscribe wg-review  "  in the body of the e-mail and  the subject area
left
blank.

this is a "moderated list"  (YJ has to authorize entry) and it takes a bit
of time to get in but this should work.
