I nominate Philip Shepard.  He has been very active and responsive on
the Names Council and believe he can help us make great strides this

as you are all aware, my tenure as names council chair is expiring
after the next meeting.

i would like to call for suggestions and nominations for the next NC
chairman. To date we have had chairs from the following:

dennis jennings - CCTLD's
Caroline Chicoine - IP
Ken Stubbs - Registrars
