I abstained to vote at the last teleconf, because (I repeatedly said that)
it was a non-sense to allow such a short time for a working group, whose
main motivation was to open the contributions and inputs for the review.

If the deadline can be postponed as Peter proposes, I am in favour of it.

We should be aware that the main concern should not to produce empty shells
on-time, but to supply ICANN with substantive contribution.
