Hello Review TF,

As promised, WG-Review report as of Jan. 15 is going to be sent soon.
I have had problems with sending my mails through Outlook Express,
so I am waiting until it can allow me to send them.

This is mutt mailer which I feel a bit unfailiar with.
So please let me send them as soon as my smtp works well.
