Tony Harris told me that he won't be able to join the teleconference, either.
So, Michael Schneider would be the only one who will attend it. Please give
Tony's and my proxy to Michael.

Below is the result of the discussion about the DNSO Budget within
ISPCP Constituency teleconference.
