I am agree with Erica, as far as whatever method the use be in compliance with
ICANN By-Laws.  The same for the way of elections of the GA Chairman:  If the
fact that GA Chairman elections be runned by the GA itself is in compliance
with ICANN By-Laws, then I support that GA take in charge of the whole process.
