I would propose a minor modification in v2 of the proposed Names Council draft:

Point C 2), currently says "earlier divestment of dot org." 

Please add "and dot net." 

Option B proposes to divest dot org Dec 31, 2002. The NCDNHC proposed to move that and the divestment of dot NET up to 1 November, 2002. Option B would be acceptable to us only if both dates were moved up.
