Hi to all:

I will be able to be attend the meeting only if someone of you living in USA
have this telephones with three party conference.  Please, if anyone of you
have this facility and wish to help me to attend tomorrow teleconference I
would appreaciate it a lot that contact me to my e-mail vany@sdnp.org.pa for
information on telefone number in USA (no matter if it is regular toll number,
or a toll free number).

But in any case that I am not able to attend the meeting, then I will give my
proxy to Milton and if Milton is not there, then to YJ  with instructions to
vote in the following way:

5. Statement on ICANN consultation periods and request for    matching funds - (Erica Roberts/Peter de Blanc) 15 mins DECISION required
My VOTE is "IN FAVOR" and/or "YES" for the whole statement.

10. GA Chair election update - (Elisabeth Porteneuve) 5 mins DECISION required
My vote is "NO" to Dany Younger for Chairman
My vote is "YES" to Patrick Corliss as a Co-Chairman
