I have committed to the folowing, so please add to agenda.

In order not to lose momentum on the bus plan could I ask that before May 9
NC call:
1. your interim committees have met/e-mailed and discussed the terms of
reference (TOR) you are producing. So that the NC can approve final TOR by
e-mail after May 9 but BEFORE Stockholm June 2.
 
2. By Stockholm June 2 you are in a position to announce in the public
forum:
1) terms of reference
2) initial composition of NC task force or other group that will carry out
those terms of reference
3) details of the task ahead with a focus on IMPLEMENTATION
4) a time line (compatible with the outline in bus plan).
