I'm travelling today (but should be able to make the call from the
airport as I have arranged a 4 hour lay-over to change planes) - If I
don't make the call, I give my proxy to Ken Stubbs and if he is unable
to attend to Erica Roberts.

I hope to be on the call but make this provision in the event I am
unable to make the call or am "cut off" during a vote.
