Elizabeth, and all:

I think is time to put things by written.

For those that doesn't know what I do, I am a Network Administrator.
My charge says Information Technology Specialist, but amongst my tasks are
managing a Linux server with services of web, mail, ftp, mailing list and
DNS.

I am sorry for you Elizabeth but setting-up one list only requires five
minutes, at least to me.

I am very disapointed about figures that Elizabeth has told to the NC.

I request a written report about what activities are done during the
creation of one mailing list that the AFNIC staff follows. I am sure
there are things they are doing that are not needed to do or can be done
in a shorter time.

Best Regards
Vany
