NB. I am not sure if Philip is on line today, as 24 May is a holiday
    in many places in Europe (in May we have 4 working days/week :-).
    A significant number of NC reps seem agee on the
    compromise, I do believe Philip will go along, then modification
    made as soon as a green lights arrive.
