It is with great pleasure that I advise you that the ICANN Domain Name
Supporting Organization "gTLD Constituency" has restructured itself into a
DNSO Constituency with multiple members and that the gTLD Constituency
recently elected two additional members to the Names Council.  

First, for a one-year term that begins with the Names Council's forthcoming
meeting on 2 June and concludes at the end of the last Names Council meeting
that takes place during the months of June, July or August of 2002, we have
elected Mr. Richard Tindell, a citizen of Australia.

Second, for a term that begins on 1 June 2001 and ends on 30 June, 2001, we
have elected Ms. Rosa Maria Delgado, a citizen of Peru.

Third, for a two-year term that begins on 1 July 2001 and concludes on 30
June 2003, we have elected Mr. Cary Kamp, a citizen of Sweden.

Our hope is that Rosa Delgado and Richard Tindell can join me on the Council
for its meeting on Saturday. (I note, for the Council's records, that my
two-year term as a representative of the gTLD Constituency to the Council
now expires on 14 March 2002.)  Within a few days, more information will be
posted on the gTLD Constituency's Website ( unfortunately, it remains the
old Website today, but it too will be restructured in the near future:
