We have difficult case this year because of Montevideo dates.

Here is the calnedar:

If we move one week up, and start the process Monday 16, then it means 
we MIGHT start to vote Tuesday August 28th.

In this case we are less our backs to the wall, because
depending on number of candidates, we may decide to vote before Montevideo
(before the end of August), or after Montevideo (I take your point,
2 days starting 13 September would be OK).

I would not recommend to vote in September 4th-6th, because several
of us will be on the way to Montevideo, or already sitting on meetings
in Montevideo (some starts on 5th morning). To be safe I would avoid
any date in September prior to Montevideo.

Would it be better ?
