Peter, can we check to see if travel schedules can accommodate that? I am
not sure that they do... but find your suggestion of interest.

I would suggest that the nominations be conducted PRIOR to the
Montevideo meeting, with the actual vote to be conducted AFTER
Montevideo.
This would allow for face-to-face presentation of candidate agendas and
positions, and an opportunity to campaign.

I would not recommend to vote in September 4th-6th, because several of
us will be on the way to Montevideo, or already sitting on meetings in
Montevideo (some starts on 5th morning). To be safe I would avoid any
date in September prior to Montevideo.
