[council] Proposal to re-elect Philip as NC Chair....

I've just reviewed the archives
http://www.dnso.org/clubpublic/council/Arc04/msg00664.html and see that
we need to consider the position of the NC Chair once again. Philip's
first term was from February to July 2001

Over the last 6 months Philip has done an EXCELLENT job as Chair of the
Names Council and I would like to propose that Philip be re-elected, (if
you are willing to accept Philip)....

May I therefore propose a motion (for consideration at our August 16th
meeting):

"The NC resolves to re-elect Philip Sheppard as Chairman for a further
term of six months."
