Summaries of Paul and Peter seems OK with me, except that, if my memory
is correct, the 50% discount request was not approved by the NC-budget
committee, and not transmitted for a formal decision of the NC.

Concerning usual sources mentionned by Peter (Markle, Ford etc..), we
did not need for Peter's advises for doing so, but I do not remember
that the constituency (nor its adcom) did any donation sollicitation. I
personnally have no time for that, and I don't think that the
constituency should rely on other constituencies (or foundation)
generosity for a sustainable operation.
