Please record my proxy being held by Marilyn and if she doesn't make it to
the meeting, then to yourself.
I would like Marilyn to hold my proxy for both the NC meeting and the NC
Board elections - I intend to try and vote on the elections by email, but
should that fail, then Marilyn can exercise my proxy.
