Hi Philip and all:

I have a proposal for this TF regarding Composition:

> Composition
> one representative from each constituency and one
> from the GA
Adding to the actual members, to appoint or invite a
representative one from the ALSC and one from NAIS, in
order to have a better view of their studies, that
they answers any questions that TF has, etc.  

The reason of this proposal is to assure that both
studies has the same chance to be understood clearly
by this TF, and not let to our own interpretation
(that could be the right or the wrong one) any
statement inside such studies.

> Timeframe
> Initial assessment by LA November 2001
> Final report by year end.
I think that due the recent changes in LA agenda, also
this timeframe should change.  Philip, would you make
the inquires about the new deadlines for providing
input in this subject?
