Just as an example to illustrate better the issues that Peter and Milton
described is the following facts:

Los Angeles, California, USA ----  Los Angeles, Panama City, Panama
California, USA ----  California, Chiriqui, Panama
San Francisco, California, USA  ----  San Francisco, Panama City, Panama
Panama City, Panama ----  Panama City, Florida, USA

And this is only a fraction only of the examples that there are only
between USA and Panama...and I am sure that
similarities like this exists amongst other countries around the world.
