Danny,
thank you for your contribution to the NC list. The report to which you
refer is not yet open for public comment. The GA were sent a work in
progress document under discussion by the task force. This was sent by the
GA rep on the review task force for information only.

When an interim report is sent we will appreciate all quality and
constructive input.
