Dear NC Members,

Pursuant to the ICANN Board Resolution 01.93 (10 September 2001) concerning
.info, the ICANN Board directed the ICANN President within 30 days to
propose to the Board an action plan for rapid analysis of the technical and
other issues related to the ICANN Governmental Advisory Committee's concerns
about the use of geographic and geopolitical terms in domain names. The
proposed action plan has been completed and is posted at:
