I support this schedule - with perhaps one amendment and that is that the
close off date for comments be moved back to 26/10 giving the nc-org TF the
weekend to contemplate the comments - remembering that most of us have "day
jobs"

I would propose that the DNSO Secretariat issue a call
for public comment immediately 

(October 12 or 13)

and that we receive comments until 

October 29 (a Monday). 

That would give the Task Force a week to modify 
the document, and a week for the Names Council 
members to review it in advance of Marina del Rey.

Can the DNSO Secretariat set up a special 
address for email comments to be sent?
If so, this address should be sent out with 
the announcement.
