For your information,

the DNSO Secretariat very much appreciate your help and your translation, but
to take a doc file and transform it into a Html form with correctly formed questions and answer is not instantaneous. The french one is already online because being native french speaker I could reaarange a few sentences to be correct and so begun with this work. Not being native spanish speaker it takes me quite longer to put everything at the right place.
By the way not being even contracted yet to do this work, I don't have full time deployed for this job.
