I give my proxy to YJ and if she is not present then to Milton.

Instructions for voting of my proxy:
1. About Philips motion regarding ICANN supporting DNSO financially:  I
am in favor
2.  About .ORG Statement of Policy:  If someone in the Names Council
propose to postpone voting on this subject, then my vote is in favor.
If vote on postopone voting on .ORG Statement of Policy is not supported
by NC, and vote on the .ORG Statement of Policy is held, then I vote in
favor.   Also I would appreciate a lot if my suggestions about
clarifiying language of the amendment proposed be exposed and

3. All other subjects in the agenda, my vote is as YJ or Milton
criteria.
