D. THE SUBSTANCE OF THE PROPOSED AMENDMENTS
Does "the substance of the proposed amendments" made
by ICANN as stated in:
http://www.icann.org/melbourne/proposed-verisign-agreements-topic.htm
are still valid regarding what should be the net
results of .ORG after its divesture?
