Hi Philip,

Apologize for the lateness of this note.  As your second term as Names
Council chair 
comes to an end in February (you began your term in August?) we were
wondering what 
procedures are in place for the election of your successor. We believe
you've done an  
absolutely fantastic job, but we need guidance on the procedures for a new
Chair so that 
we can discuss potential nominees prior to election at the next Names
Council meeting.
