Please note that the ICNG report has now been posted on the ICANN web site
as well. This includes some last minute edits of fact from the WIPO
representative which were not in the earlier draft report I circulated
already to the NC.  So please treat the version on the ICANN web site as
authoritative.

The draft ICNG report was posted today on the ICANN website, for public
comment prior to the Accra meeting. The draft posted includes the last
minute comments provided by David Muls during the internal consultation
period.

The topic will be discussed at the ICANN Public Forum held in Accra, Ghana,
on Wednesday, 13 March 2002. The Board will consider adopting the
recommendations contained in the report at its Accra, Ghana, meeting on
Thursday, 14 March 2002.
