Re: [council] NC Teleconference and agenda details Ghana meeting 12 March
Glen:
Has the time scheduled for the NC meeting been changed??? The information
for web
casting list the following times for the NC meeting:
NAMES Council 1100-1300 1400-1500
However, the message below states the meeting will be held at 14:00 UTC or
15:00 Accra time. This new time is some 4 hours different. I NEED TO KNOW
WHEN TO CALL IN PLEASE CONTACT ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WITH THE CORRECT TIME
AND VERIFY THE CALL IN INFORMATION.
If the time has changed to that set out above, please confirm that 1100 is
10:00 UTC which is 6:00 New York time. I will check my e-mail very early to
see whether you have responded so that I may be at my desk ready to
participate.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP.
Thank you for the assistance.
