The Evolution and Reform Committee has posted a report entitled
"Recommendations for the Evolution and Reform of ICANN"

The Committee is seeking public comment on its recommendations in
advance of the meeting in Bucharest from 24-28 June 2002. 
Comments received will be posted on the forum for evolution and reform
