[council] Peter de Blanc
Peter will be much missed. He provided wit and intelligence to
the work of the Council combined with a determination to get things done. I will
remember him also for his kindly avuncular manner and his particular attraction
to chilled orange liqueurs. My heart goes out to his family
and close friends.
